Common Holiday FAQ's
Holiday pay is accrued as hours are worked. For each hour worked you will accrue 12.07% in holiday time (just over 7 minutes).
Standard holiday entitlement is 28 days including bank holidays per year. This will be less if you work less than full time hours or for less than a full year.

Please email all completed holiday forms to [email protected] prior to taking the holiday.
1st October to 30th September each year
Holiday pay is calculated as the average number of hours worked and average pay rate paid for the last 52 weeks (or less if not worked 52 weeks).
If you work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week for 52 weeks you would be paid 8 hours holiday per day.
If you work varied hours, i.e 30 hours week one, 40 hours week two and 16 week three, this will average to 5.7 hours holiday pay per day to be paid.
We recommend confirming your holiday request with the company you're assigned to first. Once the request has been approved, you can submit your form to: [email protected] prior to taking the holiday.
