We are currently seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join an extremely busy manufacturer in Braintree, Essex.

This role is temporary to permanent, offering a fast paced, varied role where they will be opportunities to learn and progress.

Own transport preferred due to location

Applicants will need a CURRENT accredited Counterbalance Forklift Ticket. This role will involve working on and off the Forklift, applicants need to be aware that elements of the role will require physical work.

Duties of the Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative:

• Daily use of Counterbalance Forklift within the yard and warehouse
• Order picking and packing
• Loading and unloading lorries
• Undertaking manual handling duties as required
• Quality checking
• Use of pump trucks
• Feeding material for manufacturer

The ideal Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative:

• Previous experience with Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain
• Current Counterbalance Forklift Ticket
• Experience within fast paced Forklift driving
• Looking for a temporary to permanent role
• Able to carry out physical work

Hours: Mon - Fri 6am - 2pm

£12.50 - £13ph (depending on hours worked)
