Businesses are growing increasingly concerned about staff shortages, following a rise in people self-isolating after being ‘pinged’ by the app.

According to a new study from the CIPD, nearly six out of ten (57%) HR professionals, stated they had staffing shortages in the last month as a result of the NHS Test and Trace app.

Hope for the future

As of Monday 16th August 2021, double jabbed individuals no longer have to self-isolate if a contact tests positive for Covid. This is a positive change for employees, with the hope staff can stay at work happy and healthy.
