Let’s dive straight in!
We are thrilled to announce that our founder and managing director, Robyn Holmes, has earned a spot on the 'Women in Family Business 2024' list, an honor presented by Family Business United.
Robyn's commitment and passion are the foundations the company is built on, qualities she tries to foster among all employees at Prime Appointments.
Her efforts have forged an agency deeply embedded in the local community and proudly recognised as a 'Family Business,' a value that is now rooted in Prime Appointment's identity and tagline.
This publication honors the pivotal roles women play in family businesses throughout the country, spotlighting the remarkable individuals who undertake these roles.
In January, we celebrated the promotion of Katie Holmes who has been an exceptional leader guiding our Office & Finance division to success. Having dedicated five years to Prime Appointments, Katie embarked on her journey as a Recruitment Resourcer and has skillfully climbed the ladder to her current role as Manager of Recruitment & Operations.
We can’t wait to see what Katie does in the future to help drive the family business forward!
We are thrilled to announce that Jack O'Brien (Director) and Craig Turnbull (Marketing Manager) will be participating in this year's London Marathon to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society, a cause that holds significant importance to us. Our co-founder, Margaret was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 51 and Robyn Holmes (Managing Director) has made it her mission to raise money and awareness to help those affected by this terrible disease like Margaret's family.
Currently, Prime Appointments has raised £205,555 on their journey towards the £250,000 goal. Our fundraising efforts include numerous events throughout the year, such as the London Marathon, Prime Appointments' annual Golf Day—which alone contributed a remarkable £170,000—and the annual Memory Walk in October, all dedicated to raising money and awareness for this vital cause."

Ellison's Solicitors have started 'Painting for Change' to help support the local community and raise money for a new outdoor learning space at One Sixth Form College.
The team attended the first event, which was a chance to meet the artists and decide whom they wanted to sponsor. The final exhibition will be held at Ipswich Town Hall on Tuesday, 25th of June 2024, where the artists will showcase their final pieces and their unique interpretations of 'connections.'
Prime Appointments have been matched with an artist, and Robyn, Jack, Katie, & Carl will be meeting them again before the big day to see how things are progressing.
