As a family-run and independent recruitment agency we recognise the importance of 'family' and that’s exactly how we function here at Prime. Each member of our valued team plays an integral part to Prime's success. That’s why we have so many long standing members of staff, some have even worked here for over 25 years!
We are managed and run by our co-founder and MD Robyn Holmes, who’s positivity and mentality of “glass half full” has led to our success as a business and positive working environment. We have 7 micro teams who are self managed and self sufficient, with Robyn’s belief in her team Prime has continued to grow from a two women start up to one of the biggest independent agencies in Essex.
