Account Manager
Location: Mildenhall Offices (Full Time, On-Site)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

We're looking for a dynamic and personable E-commerce Account Manager to take the lead on managing and growing online reseller partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers, helping to drive sales and build strong, long-term relationships.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

• Acting as the sole representative and trusted advisor for existing online reseller accounts
• Responding to sales enquiries promptly and professionally
• Developing tailored account growth plans to increase revenue
• Identifying and onboarding new online resellers to expand our reach
• Building rapport and trust with clients through proactive communication and reliability

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Account Manager position:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience within an account manager/customer service position (ideally within the manufacturing industry but this is not essential)
• Complaint handling experience
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Computer literate
