Be part of a growing medical device manufacturing team, working in a cleanroom environment to assemble high-quality products that make a real difference in patient care. This hands-on role is perfect for those with a keen eye for detail and experience in hand assembly or light machinery operation, particularly within regulated industries.

Assembly Operative Duties:

• Perform precise hand assembly of medical devices following strict procedures
• Operate and monitor light machinery to ensure consistent production
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain contamination control
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries preferred
• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic

Working Conditions:

• Full PPE and cleanroom attire required at all times
• No makeup or jewellery allowed to maintain a sterile environment
• Role involves standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks

Pay & Hours:

• £12.40+ p/hour
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (Flexible after probation), 37.5 hr work-week
