Assembler | Braintree | Temp to Perm

Looking for your next hands-on role in manufacturing? We are looking for a skilled and reliable Assembler to join a fast-paced, high-standards team working in Braintree.

Temp-to-perm opportunity
£12.21 per hour, depending on experience
Eligibility for annual bonus scheme (typically 10 percent of annual pay)*
Day shift - 38 hours per week - Hours are 8am till 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 8am till 3.45pm on Fridays.

The role includes

• Assembly and component preparation

• Soldering, wiring, masking, cleaning, mixing resins

• Working from written instructions and basic wiring diagrams

• Use of hand tools including side cutters, Allen keys, and spanners

• Inspecting, testing, and packing finished products

• Occasional lifting and moving of products up to 10 kilograms

• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness

• Apply release agent and assemble small moulds

• ​​​​​​​Weighing out and mix resin and hardener

We are looking for someone with a flexible, proactive attitude who is comfortable multitasking in a varied and fast-moving environment. Each day may bring different tasks, so adaptability is key.
