We have a permanent position for a Bench Joiner offering a negotiable salary & guaranteed overtime all at increased rates of pay.

Due to the location of the firm, you will need your own form of transportation. This role is commutable for people from the Ipswich / Stowmarket area.

We are only considering experienced bench joiners for this role. Anyone who has experience with bespoke / one off projects would be of extreme interest.

Due to the ever-growing order book the company does lacks time to train anyone so you must be an experienced joiner / carpenter to be considered for the role.

Bench Joiner attributes:

• Completed an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry / Joinery or relevant apprenticeship
• At least 2 years joinery experience
• Able to work from technical drawings
• Ability to work on bespoke furniture such as doors, windows, and staircases.
• Will be able to work in a fbusy manufacturing environment

The individual will be a good timekeeper, be able to work well within a team, be meticulous to detail & must be able to meet strict deadlines.

The premises in which you will be working are state of the art & the company has excellent long-term prospects where you can build a long & successful career.

Monday-Friday, 07:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs, earlier finish on Fridays.

And as stated above, this is a negotiable salary thats up from £30,000. You also have overtime at an increased rate & an excellent package with various benefits available.
