Role: CNC Operator Nights

Location: Witham

Hours: 23:00 to 06:00 (4 day working week)

Pay: £17-£18 per hour

Overtime: Available at enhanced rate

One of Witham's most well-established manufacturers are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join their team. This position will start on a rolling contract basis, with the potential to become permanent subject to the success of candidate's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machinery
• Also operating other machinery such as drills, saws & various hand/power tools
• Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
• Monitor output and make necessary machine adjustments
• Ensure consistent product quality and safety standards
• Maintain machinery and a clean, organised work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous CNC operating experience, ideally metal fabrication
• Confident in reading technical and engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and focus on quality output
• Strong team ethic and communication skills
• Ability to work independently on night shifts
