We are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator on a temporary to permanent basis for a well-established window manufacturing company based in Witham.

The Role:

You will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce aluminium components for high-quality window systems. The role includes some machine setting, so previous experience with setting CNC machines is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC machinery in a production environment

• Basic CNC setting and adjustments as required

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Ensuring all work meets quality standards

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator (setting experience preferred)

• Experience working with aluminium or within the window manufacturing industry is advantageous

• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
