Key Responsibilities:

• Set and maintain CNC sliding head lathes within a dedicated production cell
• Deliver consistent high-quality output, maintaining close tolerances
• Work collaboratively with programmers and operators to improve efficiency and processes

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a CNC Turner, ideally with sliding head lathes
• Knowledge of Citizen, Star, or Hanwha lathes is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficient with inspection equipment and confident understanding metrology reports
• Experience with tooling selection and optimisation strategies
