Welder Fabricator - Up to £18 per hour + Overtime - South Woodham Ferrers

We're working with a well-established welding and fabrication company based in South Woodham Ferrers, who are currently seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with MIG & TIG welding experience, along with general fabrication knowledge. You'll be part of a supportive team with the opportunity to take on varied work, including occasional site visits.

Role Details:

• Job Title: Welder Fabricator

• Location: South Woodham Ferrers

• Pay: Up to £18.00 per hour

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm

• Overtime: Paid at 1.33x on weekdays and Saturdays, 2.0x on Sundays

• Benefits: Free on-site parking, regular overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG & TIG welding on a variety of projects

• General fabrication work

• Supporting the wider workshop team

• Occasional on-site work when required

What we're looking for:

• Previous MIG & TIG welding experience is essential

• Ability to work from fabrication drawings is a plus

• A proactive, team-oriented approach
