Prime Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader in their field based in Witham, Essex.

We are looking for a Factory Operative who has previous experience within a factory environment.

This is a great opportunity to join a company on an temporary to permanent basis, who can also offer on-going training & progression.

Duties of the Factory Operative will include;

• Loading and unloading machinery
• Quality control
• Basic machine operating
• Measuring and assembly
• Use of hand tools
• General production duties as required

The ideal Factory Operative applicant;

• Previous factory/production experience required
• Knowledge of quality processes
• Able to complete manual handling tasks
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Experience in a Manufacturing and Production environment

Pay, Hours & Benefits;

• Monday to Thursday , 6am -2.30pm, Friday 6am - 14.00pm
• £11.44 to £11.90 DOE
• On site parking
• Temporary to Permanent opportunity
