We are currently recruiting a Factory Operative for our client in the Duxford area. This is working for a fantastic, leading food product manufacturer.

This is an exciting opportunity to up-skill and expanded your knowledge within food manufacturing. This is a temp to perm opportunity with progression available and training on various Forklifts.

Please note, you must be able to drive and have your own transport for this role. This is due to the remote location.

Duties of a Factory Operative:

• Washing and prepping products
• Quality control, ensuring products meet a high standard
• Basic production line duties
• Packing products
• Palletising of finished product
• Assisting in all areas of production & warehousing

The Ideal Factory Operative:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing and production preferred
• Good time keeping
• Good eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Looking for full time, temporary to permanent work
• Driver with own transport
• Counterbalance Forklift licence, preferred but not necessary (paid at a higher rate)

Pay and hours

• £12.00-£12.50 Per hour, depending on experience
• Monday - Friday 07.30 - 17.00
