Factory Operative - Temp to Perm - Quick Starts - Training and Progression

We are looking for a Factory Operative in the Colchester area for an immediate start! - This is working on a rotating shift pattern that includes days, nights and weekends with days off built into the shift.

After completion of 2 weeks training, you will be reasonable for running production machinery.

Duties of the Factory Operative;
Safe and efficient running of the machines
Assisting skilled machinist
Achieving targeted output goals
Cleaning down machinery during material changes
Undertaking quality control task and performing quality checks
Manual tasks, such as supplying product for manufacturing
Completing associated paperwork

The ideal Machine Operator;
Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production preferred
Good communication skills
Good level of numeracy
Local to Colchester to be able to work the shifts or own transport
Looking for a long term role

Hours;
Working on a rotating 12 hours shift pattern (including days, nights and weekends)
(There will be a 2 week training period on a day shift first)
