A well established and growing company on the outskirts of Colchester are currently hiring for a Forklift/Yard Operative.
This is a Temporary role which is paying up to £13.50ph. Monday to Friday core hours 08:00 - 17:00. Flexibility around this will be needed

This business has 41 staff in total, have been in business for over 20 years' and supply building materials/products to the construction companies across the UK.

Overview of the role:
You will be required to report into the Yard Team Leader daily, operate a forklift/Telehandler whilst preparing and loading stock for deliveries that will be sent out to customers.

Job Details:
Adhere to the company's Health & safety policies and procedures
Maintain high standards of the stock storage and layout to ensure easy access and display in line with the company standards
Deliver great customer service to external and internal customers
Speak with the stock control team internally to resolve any quality issues
Report any breakages to the team leaders/managers at the company

Candidate Requirements:
In-date Counterbalance Fork Truck License or Telehandler license
Due to location, you will need your own transport
Ability to work to your own initiative as well as being able to work well within a team
Must be able to work well in pressurised environments and be physically fit and healthy
