What They're Looking For: A candidate with an Electronics-based Bachelor's degree or higher, coupled with a keen understanding of schematic generation, PCB design, and Altium Designer (advantageous). What You'll Do:

  • As a Graduate Hardware Designer, you'll play a crucial role in operations
  • Provide essential support to production for released products
  • Assist sales teams/customers with a variety of products, ensuring their needs are met
  • Invest in your personal development through participation in training courses and seminars
  • Gain valuable insights by attending trade shows, staying abreast of market trends
  • Contribute to internal and external quality system audits, ensuring compliance
  • Undertake schematic generation and PCB design for a diverse range of products, adhering to approved practices
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to design, manufacture, evaluate, and release products globally
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation required for the development and manufacturing processes
  • Work closely with Product Management and Technical Authors to define product specifications and create product literature
