We're Hiring: Gym Equipment Engineer - Up to £35,000 + Overtime & Bonuses

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a market-leading provider of gym equipment servicing and repairs, who are expanding their engineering team and looking for a skilled Gym Equipment Engineer to join them.

If you have a mechanical background, enjoy working independently, and are looking for a mobile role with great earning potential, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

The Offer:

• Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 per year (For top rate, you will need gym equipment repair or installation experience)

• Bonuses: £500 quarterly bonus (up to £2,000 annually)

• Overtime: Available to significantly boost your earnings

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on gym equipment

• Attend residential and commercial sites across London to complete planned and reactive maintenance

• Update job statuses via PDA system

• Work closely with internal support and logistics teams to manage your day effectively

• Ensure van stock is maintained in coordination with the Stores Manager

• Take care of all company property issued to you including tools, van, and uniform

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical and/or electrical repair experience

• Relevant qualifications (preferred, not essential)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• A full, clean UK driving licence

• Comfortable working in a mobile role, visiting multiple sites daily

• Must be happy with early starts and travelling within the London area

This is a permanent position, subject to passing a 13-week probation period.
