Office Manager - Mildenhall
Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm
£30,000-£40,000 DOE

We're working with a fantastic client in Mildenhall who's looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team! Reporting to the General Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the head office environment.
- Coordinate with facilities, IT support, and maintenance teams to handle maintenance and resolve issues.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels.
- Organise meeting room reservations and support the planning of company events.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors
- Manage incoming calls and emails dealing with customer enquiries
- Maintain customer records and databases
- Assist sales team with quotes, order processing and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal departments
- Prepare reports/presentations
- Assist HR with onboarding
- Provide diary management and support to senior leadership
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office Manager position:
- Proven experience within a similar role essential to be considered
- Highly organised
- Experience in using ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in using Google Workspace
- Experience within the manufacturing and production industry desirable
