Job Title: Part Time HR Administrator (2 Days per Week)
Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary: Competitive & Negotiable

A client of ours in the Colchester area are seeking a reliable and proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). Reporting directly into the MD and working with an external consultancy when required, you will cover the human resourcers admin for the business completing various administrative tasks, including recruitment, on boarding, off boarding, employee records, and general HR support.

Key Responsibilities for this Part Time HR Administrator:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including working with agencies, posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Support HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee on boarding and off boarding.
  • Provide general HR administrative support.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous Admin experience within a Human Resources and personnel department preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work with discretion on sensitive topics
