Part Time HR Manager - Manufacturing Company
Chelmsford | Part-time (Monday - Friday 20-25 hrs/week)
£20.00 - £23.00 per hour

A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Chelmsford are are recruiting for an Part Time HR Manager to join their team on a part time permanent basis. This is an excellent opporunity to oversee the HR junction for around 50 employees where you will report into the MD and work to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities for this part time HR Manager:

• Oversee HR processes & policies for all employees
• Advise managers on employment terms & best practices
• Manage recruitment, contracts & on boarding
• Support payroll & employee benefits
• Monitor attendance, performance & appraisals
• Ensure HR systems & reports are up to date

Skills & Experience Required:

• CIPD Level 5 or 7 certified
• Experience reporting to Board Directors
• Proactive, organised & detail-oriented
• Strong IT & HR systems skills
• Passionate about employee support & engagement
