Key Duties include but are not limited to:

• Align product vision with company goals and market demands, shaping strategy, direction, and positioning
• Create business cases for planning and resource allocation
• Maintains a roadmap that aligns with business and customer goals
• Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, and stakeholder input, guiding development decisions
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• Provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends
• Ensure product meets user and stakeholder needs, incorporating feedback from acceptance testing
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and capabilities to executives, clients, and other key stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment for successful product launches and continuous improvements.
• Apply a structured, feedback-driven approach to enhance the product over time
• Monitor KPIs to assess product success and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
• Conduct market research to inform product features, pricing, and market positioning

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Product Manager position:

• A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline would be desirable or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in electronics design or engineering environment
• Having a good understanding of electronics
• The handling of miniature electronic components is preferred
