Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Align product vision with company goals and market demands, shaping strategy, direction, and positioning
- Create business cases for planning and resource allocation
- Maintains a roadmap that aligns with business and customer goals
- Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, and stakeholder input, guiding development decisions
- Oversee product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
- Provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends
- Ensure product meets user and stakeholder needs, incorporating feedback from acceptance testing
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and capabilities to executives, clients, and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment for successful product launches and continuous improvements.
- Apply a structured, feedback-driven approach to enhance the product over time
- Monitor KPIs to assess product success and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
- Conduct market research to inform product features, pricing, and market positioning
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Product Manager position:
- A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline would be desirable or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in electronics design or engineering environment
- Having a good understanding of electronics
- The handling of miniature electronic components is preferred
