We have several Production Operative - Nights positions available in Mildenhall for one of the largest manufacturers in West Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in the industry!

There are a variety of shift patterns available with two core machines in need of staff: Assembly Machines and Multispindle Lathes. The shifts consist of either Sunday to Tuesday nights, including every other Wednesday, or Thursday to Saturday nights, also with every other Wednesday.

These positions will offer a permanent contract after a successful 3-month probationary period!

Production Operative - Nights Duties Include:

• Operating machinery in the assembly and lathe areas
• Performing full start-up and shutdown procedures for machines as needed
• Conducting minor maintenance and repairs when required
• Ensuring a clean and organised working environment at all times

Pay & Hours:

• £18 - £19 p/hour

• Training hours will take place on day shifts from Monday to Friday. Following the successful training period, shifts will transition to 18:00 - 06:00, 3 or 4 days a week, including one weekend day

Experience operating manual lathes, press machines or mechanical machinery from other industries such as food production would be highly beneficial.
