Production Operative/ Near Colchester / Driver required / Temp - perm / £12.50ph

We are actively looking for Production Operatives to work on a Temporary to Permanent basis in the outskirts of Colchester.

This role is assisting with the manufacturing of a well known food product. Working on an agricultural farm, this food manufacturing position will not be dealing with meat or livestock. Applicants will need their own transport due to location

Pay and Benefits of the Production Operative;

• Working either a 6am - 2pm or a 2pm - 10pm shift (weekly rotating)
• £12.50ph
• 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (rising to 25 days once permanent)

Duties of the Production Operative;
Working on the production line

• Assisting with quality control
• Basic machine operating
• Machine Minding
• Final packing of product
• All warehousing and production duties

The Ideal Production Operative;

• Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production is preferred but not essential
• Looking for permanent opportunities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Own transport
