A growing manufacturer in Brandon, Suffolk is expanding their team and looking for reliable Production Operatives to join them. This is a hands-on role, well-suited to individuals who are confident with physical tasks and thrive in a busy, active setting. With a starting rate of £12.21 p/hour, this position offers the chance to move into a permanent role after just three months.
Pay & Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- £12.21+ p/hour
- Overtime Available
Production Operative Duties:
- Working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Safely handling and moving heavy materials
- Assembling products using a variety of materials
- Staying motivated to ensure consistent productivity
- Providing regular updates and reporting to site managers
Previous experience in production or manufacturing is an advantage, but applicants with a background in labouring or hands-on work will also be considered.
