Production Operative / Machine Operative - £12.21 per hour - Rotating Shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) - Temp to Perm

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned food product manufacturer based in Tiptree.

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Production Operative for a temporary to permanent role. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a respected company with long-term prospects.

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Weekdays Only)

Pay Rate:

• £12.21 per hour (great shift allowance once perm)

• Weekly pay

Key Duties of the Production Operative Will Include:

• Supporting the smooth operation of the production line

• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch

• Assisting with the manufacturing process

• Pre-cutting ingredients prior to production

• Loading and unloading items on the line

• Quality checking and packaging products

• Providing support to Skilled and Machine Operatives

• Carrying out general production and factory tasks

No previous experience required - just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.But experience in Food Manufacturing and Production would be an advantage
