Production Operative - £12.21ph | Temp to Perm | Full Time | Maldon

We're excited to be partnering with a leading food product manufacturer based in the Maldon area, currently looking to recruit a Production Operative on a temporary to permanent basis.

About the Role:
Working as part of the production team, the production operative be responsible for operating both semi-automated and fully automated machinery on the production lines. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing and production (ideally in food production or automated line environments)

• Flexible approach to working hours

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work well within a team and independently

• A proactive, reliable work ethic

• Reasonable fitness level (able to lift up to 20kgs)

• Own transport is advantageous due to location

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating various packing and production line machinery

• Supporting general warehouse duties

• Cleaning and maintaining production areas at the end of the shift

Pay & Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating (flexibility required for occasional shift changes)

• Pay rate: £12.21ph

• Immediate start available
