Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Systems Co-Ordinator to play a key role in ensuring compliance with customer and third-party requirements, identifying deficiencies, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement within their business. ​

Duties:

  • Support and assist in the review of FAIRs in accordance with AS9102. ​
  • Collate and review documentation in preparation for external audits and visits. ​
  • Assist with the calibration process and manage the CAPA system to address non-conformities and customer feedback. ​
  • Control and maintain Business Management System (BMS) documentation, including updates and communication. ​
  • Maintain the documentation training matrix and Approved Supplier List. ​
  • Compile analysis reports for repetitive customer feedback and non-conformities. ​
  • Support departments in creating process flows/swim charts. ​
  • Provide cover within Inspection and assist with day-to-day administrative activities in the Quality Department. ​

Requirements:

  • A working knowledge of aerospace regulations related to quality management processes would be preferable. ​
  • Must be able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Office, and SharePoint. ​
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers. ​
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills are key. ​
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and an understanding of the bigger picture is required. ​
  • Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative. ​
  • Commercial awareness and a strong customer service ethic is essential. ​
