Quantity Surveyor - Ipswich - £30,000 to £55,000 DOE

A leading Tier 1 fit-out specialist is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their talented team in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality commercial projects spanning London, Suffolk, and Essex.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Design Manager, ensuring contracts, procurement, and delivery all run seamlessly. If you're meticulous, thrive under pressure, and love seeing your work come to life, this role is for you!

Your key responsibilities:

• Supporting project delivery while ensuring financial targets are met

• Assisting with tendering and making sure contracts are in place before work begins

• Reviewing contract documents and identifying potential risks

• Helping manage project schedules and cash flow forecasts

• Coordinating procurement and subcontractors to meet project timelines

• Monitoring project progress, handling variations, and ensuring health and safety compliance

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable in client-facing environments

• A degree in Quantity Surveying

• Previous experience in joinery is a plus!
