Sales Administrator - Witham, Essex
Start date: ASAP | Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Fri: 8:30am-4:30pm (37 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and quotations using the internal system
- Vet and gain sign-off for quotes and orders
- Keep customers updated on order and quote progress
- Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly
- Schedule orders in line with production and factory hours
- Liaise with internal departments
- Answer incoming calls and update the CRM system
- Help with stationery and marketing stock checks
- Assist with general business needs as required
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Well-organised and able to prioritise workload
