A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary-permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (37 hour week). Paying £11.44 - £12.00 per hour depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing orders and quotations onto the in-house system.
  • Vetting quotes and orders for sign off.
  • Updating customers regarding orders and quotations.
  • Attend internal weekly meetings.
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Scheduling of orders in line with Production scheduler and allocated factory hours.
  • Communicating with internal departments.
  • Attendance at trade shows as required.
  • Answering the office phone and updating the CRM system.


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong awareness of attention to detail.
  • Proficient PC skills within the Microsoft packages.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
