What You'll Do

• Repair and modify injection mould tools
• Design and manufacture new mould tools
• Operate workshop machinery, including mills, lathes, grinders, spark eroders, and wire eroders
• Read engineering drawings and make them reality
• Tackle projects that genuinely contribute to the growth of the business

What You'll Need

• A proven track record in toolmaking, with solid experience in machining, grinding, and manual bench work
• Injection mould tool expertise is a must
• Skilled in manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders) and spark eroders. Wire eroder experience is a bonus-training provided if needed
• Confident with CAD (ideally SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and some exposure to CAD/CAM systems
• CNC milling experience (Mazak, Mazatrol, Bridgeport, Heidenhain)
• But most of all, you'll need the curiosity to learn and the ambition to grow
