Prime Appointments is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established logistics and distribution company based in Witham, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that offers long-term career prospects and permanent positions for the right candidates.

Role Overview:
This position will start on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential to become permanent. It's ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience, although full training will be provided. A strong work ethic and a desire for a long-term role are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods
• Palletising and wrapping boxes
• Working collaboratively across warehouse teams
• General housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness in work areas

What We're Looking For:

• Motivated individuals seeking a temp-to-perm role
• Reliable and eager to learn
• Previous experience using hand scanners is a plus
• Comfortable with manual handling and some heavy lifting
• Access to own transport preferred but not essential

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
• Full-time (37.5+ hours per week)
• £12.21 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Holiday pay
• Overtime available
