Prime Appointments is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a well-established logistics and distribution business based in Witham, Essex. This is a great opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm role with a company that values hard work and dedication.

You'll start on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent for the right person. Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential - full training is provided.

Duties include:

• Picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Loading/unloading deliveries
• Palletising and wrapping goods
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Supporting team operations across the warehouse

What We're Looking For:

• Motivated and reliable individuals
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Comfortable with manual handling (some heavy lifting involved)
• Experience with hand scanners a bonus
• Own transport preferred but not required

Key Details:

• Hours: Various day shifts available, Monday to Friday
• Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
• Overtime available
• Holiday pay included
• Full-time, 37.5+ hours per week
• Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate
