Welder Fabricator - Up to £14.50ph - Permanent Role - Maldon, Essex

Looking for a stable, long-term welding role with a growing manufacturer? We're hiring for a Welder Fabricator to join a skilled team in Maldon, Essex.

If you're confident with TIG welding and love hands-on metalwork, this one's for you.

What's on Offer:

• Up to £14.50 per hour (DOE)

• Permanent role with full-time hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (30 min lunch)

• Free on-site parking

• Clean, well-equipped workshop and a supportive team

Your Day-to-Day:

• TIG & MIG welding on bespoke and batch projects

• Using fabrication machinery: press brakes, guillotines, punches

• Interpreting technical drawings

• Working with hand/power tools

• Keeping your area tidy and safe

What You'll Need:

• Proven TIG welding experience (MIG is a bonus)

• Familiarity with metalworking machinery

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Great attention to detail and a pride in your work

This is a permanent position following a successful 13-week probation - perfect for someone who wants long-term security in a solid, well-run company.
