Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of workshop engineers ensuring plant equipment is hire-ready

• Allocate jobs and manage workloads based on technical need and priority

• Be hands-on with diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of plant equipment

• Motivate and mentor the team while promoting a positive culture

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

• Liaise with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

• Background as a Plant Mechanic or similar, ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified

• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Proven leadership skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approach

• A full UK driving licence is essential
