Prime Appointments Named One of the Best Places to Work by The Sunday Times

We are excited to share that Prime Appointments has been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Small Organisations, earning a spot on the prestigious Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 list! This list is compiled based on data collected anonymously from surveys conducted by WorkL nationwide. The final list includes over 500 organisations of varying sizes and industries.

What makes this recognition even more special is that the judging is done by the employees based on their answers to the anonymous survey. The survey assesses the company on employee experience through key areas such as recognition, information sharing, empowerment, instilling pride, job satisfaction, and well-being.

In an engaged workplace like Prime Appointments, each of these areas contributes to a culture of growth and fulfillment. To earn the recognition as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work, a company must achieve a minimum score of 70% overall in employee engagement. This score is based on the sum of all the question responses divided by the maximum possible value as a percentage.

Jack O'Brien said: “We were thrilled to be recognised by “The Sunday Times Best Places to work” in the “Best Small Organisation” category (10 – 49 employees) and get such rewarding feedback from our staff about their engagement, happiness, wellbeing at work plus much more.”

It is important to us to provide an environment where employees feel excited to come to work, and we strive to create an experience that facilitates this. We are immensely grateful to our team for making this possible and hope to continue allowing our people to thrive for years to come.
