Customer Service Advisor

A growing client of ours on the outskirts of Chelmsford area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday 8.00am - 5.30pm and Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Paying £25,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat and email.
  • Advising customers on a range of storage solutions for home and business
  • Processing orders over the phone
  • Resolving delivery issues and tactfully dealing with occasional complaints
  • General administrative tasks.
  • Continually develop and increase product knowledge.


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experienced in complaint handling
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in using a live chat system
  • Previous call centre and customer service experience
  • Full UK Drivers license and own transport is essential due to the remote location.
