As the Production Supervisor you will lead the production team. What will you be doing?

• Ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and health and safety regulations are followed
• Uphold high-quality standards across production processes and promote continuous improvement
• Oversee production schedules, manage team assignments, and collaborate with internal teams to monitor key performance metrics
• Lead the implementation of the new ERP and Time & attendance systems
• Champion the roll-out and implementation of ongoing 5S and SMED projects

What do I need to be considered?

• Experience with SQCDP principles
• Six Sigma qualified
• Management of ERP / MRP Systems
• Previous experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment
