Credit Controller
Kelvedon
£33,000 per annum

A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying £26,000 - £33,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

• Monitor and manage the credit control process
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to address outstanding invoices and discuss payment terms.
• Resolve billing issues and disputes efficiently, ensuring smooth payment processes.
• Maintain accurate client records, including payment histories and credit limits.
• Collaborate with the finance team to produce regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow.
• Build strong relationships with clients

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Credit Controller position:

• Previous Accountancy and Credit control experience essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient within the Microsoft packages
• High attention to detail
