A client of ours in the Tiptree area are recruiting part-time Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary - permanent position working 2 days a week (flexible on days) 8:00am - 4:30pm and paying £12.71 per hour.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance
  • Resolve issues and escalate when needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Receiving and processing orders where necessary
  • Updating customers regarding orders

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:

  • Previous office customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • A degree of flexibility
