£12.71 per hour | Temp to Perm | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are recruiting for a Driver / Production Operative on behalf of a growing company based in South Woodham Ferrers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is looking for someone reliable, hard-working and keen to develop into a long-term role.

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between making local deliveries and supporting the production team, with full training provided from day one.

Driver / Production Operative Duties will include:

• Carrying out local deliveries
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Assisting with production and factory duties
• Heavy lifting as part of the role
• Keeping the work area clean and organised
• Following health and safety procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

• A full UK driving licence
• A reliable and positive attitude
• Good levels of physical fitness due to the manual nature of the role
• The willingness to learn and develop within the business
• Previous production or delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
• Local to S. Woodham Ferrers
