A client of ours in the Bury St Edmunds area are recruiting an Operations Apprentice to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hour week). Paying a negotiable salary depending on experience.
Following a successful probation period, this role offers hybrid working, with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations with ownership of various responsibilities within the Sales Operations department.
Friendly and customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, dedicated to resolving issues efficiently and delivering excellent service.
Take ownership of an established recruitment division with over 30 years of market presence, existing client relationships and the opportunity to drive its future growth.
You will keep proposals moving, estimates uploaded and accurate, the CRM current, and procedures properly documented.
