We are currently recruiting for a Packing Operative in Witham, Essex for a short-term temporary role with a leading logistics and distribution company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble kits
• Pick and pack orders from a pick list
• Use a hand-held scanner system
• Walk around the warehouse to collect orders
• Basic computer use for label printing
• Assist with final wrapping for dispatch

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred, but not essential (training provided)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and read from a pick list
• Experience with hand scanners is a bonus
• Own transport is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable with some heavy lifting

Job Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30 (early finish on Fridays!)
• Pay: £11.44-£12.21 per hour
