A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a People and Culture Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.15am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm. Paying £26,500 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations with ownership of various responsibilities within the Sales Operations department.
Friendly and customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, dedicated to resolving issues efficiently and delivering excellent service.
Take ownership of an established recruitment division with over 30 years of market presence, existing client relationships and the opportunity to drive its future growth.
You will keep proposals moving, estimates uploaded and accurate, the CRM current, and procedures properly documented.
