A client of ours in the Harlow area are recruiting a HR Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Reporting to the HR Business partner, your key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

  • Following the process for offers - ensure roles are signed off, draw up contracts and offers using templates, update offer spreadsheet and send out offers.
  • Send out internal notifications as necessary.
  • Process forms once returned by prospective employee - populate database and systems, set up payroll info etc.
  • Seek references following prescribed processes, DBS & credit checks where necessary.
  • New starter calls and log responses
  • Respond to resignations - manage exit IRO funds withheld for stock & vehicle damage, process refunds as required, liaise with payroll.
  • Respond to references for exiting staff or staff who have left.
  • Log responses to exit questionnaires.
  • Updating systems with COA's etc
  • Run absence reports and ensure self-certifications are complete and returned.
  • Flag excessive absences.
  • Prepare documentation for engineer reviews and salary reviews.
  • Updating spreadsheets in preparation for intro of system roll out.
  • Assist with system roll out.
  • Update organisation charts as necessary.
  • Assist with recruitment as required, posting in job boards & website, liaising with agencies, logging CV's, arranging interviews and providing feedback (generally for office based roles)

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Experience within Human Resources and Personnel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
