We are pleased to present a new opportunity within a Witham, Essex-based company specialising in the production of food-based items. This Machine Operative - Night Shift role is well-suited for candidates with prior experience in Food Manufacturing. Possessing an up-to-date Counterbalance Forklift ticket is desired for this position.

The position offers a Temporary-To-Permanent arrangement and is available for an immediate start.

Duties of a Machine Operative - Night Shift:

• Operating production machinery
• Conducting quality checks and filling out the necessary paperwork
• Working in various parts of production and goods in as required

The Ideal Machine Operative:

• Prior experience in manufacturing and production
• Looking for a varied role you would be required to help in all aspects of production and warehousing
• Looking for a permanent long-term position
• Able to complete basic paperwork on paper and on a computer
• Possessing an up-to-date counterbalance forklift ticket is desired
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work closely in a small team and independently

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday night
• Training Period will be rotating weekly between (7am-3pm) and (3pm-11pm), then will be 11pm - 7am
• £13.00 During Training
• £16.25 p/hour Once Fully Trained
• Overtime available
• Holiday Allowance
• Weekly Pay
